Rathgeber, Jean (Tenholder) - I am proud to still live in the
Affton area and to tell people that I graduated from LHS. In1981, 5 years after HS, I graduated from St. Louis College
of Pharmacy with a BS in Pharmacy degree. I just started my 38th year of work in retail pharmacies. I have worked for
Walgreens for the past nine years and have helped many LHS classmates in area stores. Walgreens gave me an award for working
in every store in our market and I just worked at my 185th different Walgreens (in 3 states), an "unofficial was
record" (who else would be that compulsive to even try this feat?) I have coached sports and been on and headed neighborhood,
college and church boards and committees, but my proudest accomplishments are being married to Bob for 31 years and having
3 wonderful daughters (Becky 24, Jenny 20 and Amanda 18) and a Weimeraner dog named Hadley. I love to travel and acheived
my goal of visiting all 50 states by the age of 50. Now I am tryiing to visit all 50 Capitols and the graves of all U.S. Presidents.
My dream job would have been to be a National Park Ranger, but pharmacy has been a fantastic profession. I am honored to have
graduated from Lindbergh HS and cherish the Christian family values gained in my upbringing. "Go Flyers"
